All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. These Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion.

Terms & Conditions

1. Shipping costs vary for different countries.
2. Please pay the exact amount stated in your confirmation slip (Shipping costs, etc will be stated clearly).
3. Please take note that local purchases will need a minimum waiting time of 1 to 3 weeks. Overseas purchases will need a minimum waiting time of 3 to 6 weeks. Waiting time will vary due to stock’s availability. Thank you for your kind understanding.
4. All purchases made are not refundable or exchangable.
5. An email will be sent to you after we received your payment.
6. If you wish to make changes to your orders, please kindly do so within the next 24 hours after we sent you your confirmation slip.
7. No refund will be made if you wish to cancel your orders after payment.
8. We will not be responsible for items that were either damaged or lost in the midst of delivery from overseas, or normal postage delivery.
9. Orders will be considered void if payment is not made.
10. For orders that will take more than 4 weeks of waiting time, an update on the specific item status will be posted on the website.
